House call grooming is when a professional groomer comes to your home to groom your pet. The groomer brings their own equipment and sets up in your home.

HOW THE PROCESs WILL WORK
First we’ll schedule a day to have a meet and greet at your home so your dog can be familiar with me. I’ll ask questions about your dog to see how they are with the grooming process and ask what services you’ll be wanting. I’ll also need to see a rabies vaccination as well. Then we can schedule a date and time for the actual grooming appointment. Once it’s the day of the appointment, I’ll send you a text an hour before the appointment of when I’ll arrive. I’ll arrive 20-30 minutes before the appointment time so I can set up all of my equipment and then get the process started. So for how it’ll work, I’ll bathe your dog in the kitchen sink or bathroom tub first and then dry your dog on my portable table with my low power velocity dryer that’ll be set up on a counter in your living room. Then I’ll start the haircut if your dog is getting a full groom. Once I’m finished I’ll do all the cleaning up of the hair afterwards with my own cleaning equipment that I’ll have! Depending on the service, size, and length of the hair of your dog, it should take me around 30 minutes to 2 hours to do. For payment I do cash, Venmo or Zelle.
HOW THE SCHEDULING WILL WORK
I’ll only be servicing on Monday’s in the River North neighborhood only. If you are outside of the River North zip code, I will not be able to service you. I’ll have four time slots available. The four time slots are 8am, 11am, 2pm, and 5pm. For the scheduling, you’ll be set on a recurring schedule of every four weeks for the time slot you select. You’ll get automated reminders for the appointment days before as well. If you need to reschedule you can text me the day before the appointment and I can come by either at a different time on that day if I have availability or I can come by on my off days which is Sunday or Tuesday.
